Situated on the fourth floor of a building with an elevator, the apartment features a spacious living area divided into a dining section and a lounge area with a comfortable double sofa bed. It includes a kitchen, a full bathroom with a shower, and a small terrace with a washing machine and space for drying laundry.
The two bedrooms are independent yet interconnected; one features a standard double bed (160x190 cm), while the other has a "French-style" bed (a large double/queen size, 150x200 cm).
The apartment comfortably accommodates 4 people, with a maximum capacity of 6 (70 m²). Amenities include Wi-Fi internet access, a washing machine, air conditioning/heating, and a Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and dining, featuring a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and stovetop.
We provide bed linen and towels for all guests; cleaning services with a linen change are also available. The apartment is very comfortable, and its location in the historic center allows you to explore many tourist attractions on foot.
The apartment is suitable for remote work (smart working), featuring a fast internet connection. A city tourist tax of €6.00 per person per day (applicable to guests aged 10 and older) is payable upon arrival (this does not apply to bookings made via web portals where the tax is already collected).
