Description
Delightful apartment a few steps from Castel Sant'Angelo located on the first floor without a lift of an ancient building and has been recently restored.
The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette and dining area, large hallway with double sofa bed (140x200), a bedroom with double bed (180x200) and a second smaller bedroom with a double bed. (140x200), a bathroom accessible from the hallway (max 4 + 2 persons - 60 m²).
The apartment is very quiet and can comfortably accommodate 4 people up to a maximum of 6 people.
The apartment has internet access via WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher and air conditioning \ heating and TV. The kitchen is complete with refrigerator, microwave, oven, hob and is equipped for cooking and eating.
The apartment comes complete with linen and towels for all guests.
The apartment is very comfortable. Its location is in the heart of historic and allows you to explore on foot many tourist attractions.
The apartment is suitable for use for Smart Working with fast internet connection.
The City Tax is 6,00 euros per person per day (including children aged 10 years and older) and is to be paid upon arrival (excluding bookings from web portals where the City Tax is already withheld).
Late Check in has an additional cost (20 euros from 9:00pm to midnight and 50 euros after midnight). Please provide us always your Arrival time.
We offer tours and transfers (Airport, Train Station and Port).

And the fact that there is a supermarket 2 minutes away on foot is a plus for those who use the apartment.

But the worst thing is the windows, because the ones in the bedroom don't even close, which makes sleeping at night a mess, with the restaurants and residents of the neighboring buildings. The same goes for the neighbors who, as soon as they walk or make any movement, can be heard as if they were inside the house. They should carry out work on the apartment as soon as possible so that they can charge the prices they charge per night.
